At Nina Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn footwear in original packaging. Please ensure items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Nina box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
